respresentation of 'the wolf of wall street'.

Representation.
The movie ' the wolf of the wall street' consists of the protagonist, Leonardo D'capro froading to make a vast amount of money. The representation of the young white man is an average middle class working person who works in New York, who dresses smartly, and is  portrayed as a rich business man.  They're also seen as 'womenizers' this is shown by how he wrapped money around a women's body, this shows disrespect. Furthermore has his sidekick Terence winter, who is there to supposedly 'help the hero'. He is seen less superior towards the main protagonist this is shown by how Leonardo D'capro indirectly demands him to do things. In this movie women are seen as a sort of prize that they could buy, they are seen more as 'sex objects' rather than ordinary women.

Theorist
In this movie we can see it follows Todorow's theory, as it follows consistency of what is structured to happen. We can see this by when both the main characters have a balanced restored life until they meet each other, then they meet and make loads of money, then the FBI is the obstacle and the resolution is the question for the audience. So, the equilibrium is the balance before we met, and the disequilibrium is the FBI noticing the fraud, and they're out to get them. In conclusion, the new equilibrium is them getting caught. This is Todorow's theory and can be applied to almost all film narratives.
